   Apr 17,  · My favourite Bob Marley album. i loved it immediately. Not only are all the songs catchy, but also real deep. The last 2 songs on Side B "Runnin' Away" and "Time Will Tell" made me think and i istened to them 3 times in a row. Till this day there is no other LP i listened to more times than this/5().

   Feb 06,  · Easily the best Bob Marley album on Island. "Kaya", "Satisy my Soul", and "Sun is Shining" may all appear on earlier recordings made with Lee Perry, but these fresh renditions don't seem over produced, and all work wonderfully here. There are some beautiful lyrics and the mood is mellow. The big spliff on the back cover says everything/5().

   I've read articles, commentary and heard people accuse Robert Nesta Marley of going soft on KAYA as it's easily the most laid back and relaxed LP in his vast and magnificent catalog. By the time of it's recording, in during the sessions that produced the Masterpiece EXODUS, he and the new incarnation of The Wailers had hit their creative /5().

   Strange, I've got a version of the record that mentions P Island records LTD on sleeve but no country. It's Island ILPS On the vinyl, a yellow and orange Tuff Gong print with Bob Marley's head on the right, with on the bottom: Island Records LTD.
